There are several reasons why RoboForm may be unable to attach to your browser. This simple troubleshooter will assist you in determining the cause of the problem and will provide the subsequent steps to remedy the issue.
1) You are using a browser in which RoboForm does not work.
RoboForm works in all modern browsers: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, several Chromium-based browsers, Opera, and Microsoft Edge. Browsers built on the engines listed above, may also be available as add-ons which can be found in their respective app stores. If you experience issues when attempting to install, please create a support ticket.
2) You did not install RoboForm in this Windows account.
RoboForm must be installed in each Windows account that wishes to use the app. Install
3) Your Limited Windows account is not allowed to install software.
Change your account type to a Power user or Administrator; these users are allowed to install software. You will have to log in to the Administrator account and change your account privileges from there.
