If you receive an E08 error message or a notice about double RF DLLs, it's best to start fresh with a clean install of RoboForm. To do so, follow the steps below.
1) In every Windows account start this program: rfwipeout.exe. It will clean out all remnants of old RoboForm versions. You MUST uninstall RoboForm from *all* accounts first. When uninstalling, you must log off and then log in to switch from one account to another. You cannot use the Windows Switch command.
2) Install RoboForm from the Windows Administrator account.
3) Install RoboForm in all other Windows accounts where it is needed.
