You can reset your Master Password, but recovering the Master Password is not possible. The reset process will also delete all of your account data. For security purposes, only someone who knows the Master Password can access the data in your account. This ensures that nobody else--not even us--can ever access your data.
If you forgot your Master Password please follow the steps below to delete and recreate your account.
- Request an Account Deletion
- Once the account is deleted, open the RoboForm application and select Change Account.
- Create a new account. you can use the same email from the previously deleted account.
- This will allow a new Master Password to be set with your new account.
