Some sites have multiple steps or web pages required for logging in. RoboForm cannot run the entire sequence in one click, but it can do it in two clicks.
How to save a Multi-Step Login
Save a separate Login for each step of the login process. Each item saved after the first one will append a number after the Login name. For example, if you are creating a new Google Login, the username Login will be named Google, and the password Login will be named Google-1.
- If your browser supports inplace AutoSave, RoboForm will automatically save each Login and display a message confirming it’s been saved.
- If your browser does not support inplace AutoSave, you can force AutoSave by clicking ALT while clicking/submitting the page to get to the next step. For example, if the first page asks for only a UserID, you will have to "Force AutoSave a Login" if the AutoSave dialog doesn’t automatically appear. Continue the process of force AutoSaving separate Logins for each step of the login sequence.
If needed, rename your steps so they are clear.
How to log in using Multi-Step Logins

b) Click the RoboForm AutoFill icon beside the next field, then select the Login that corresponds to the next step in the login sequence until you are logged in. - If your browser does not support inplace AutoFill:
a) Select the Login that corresponds to the first step in the site’s login sequence.
b) Select the Login that corresponds to the next step in the site’s login sequence until you are logged in.
