PART 1: EXPORTING FROM KEYCHAIN
Due to Apple restrictions, there is currently not a quick and straightforward way to export all saved passwords from the iCloud Keychain. However, third party instructions for creating a simple text file containing all passwords in the Keychain can be found here. Please note, we cannot provide support or assistance for this method or any other method.
PART 2: IMPORTING TO ROBOFORM
To import your passwords into RoboForm, they must be in a CSV file that is readable by RoboForm. The columns need to be labeled (in order): Name, URL, Login, Password, Note, Folder, RF_fields.
If you do not have a spreadsheet editor, it is sufficient to use the following template in TextEdit using your own credentials:
URL,username,password
http://www.site1.com/login,dummyuser,dummypass
http://www.site2.com/login,dummyuser,dummypass
If you are using TextEdit, save the file with a CSV extension so that it can be imported into RoboForm.
NOTE: Ensure the URLs all have either an "http://" or "https://" prefix.
Now that your import file is ready, click the RoboForm icon >> Preferences >> Account & Data >> Import >> click "Import from CSV" >> select your password CSV file.
After you have successfully imported all of your passwords into RoboForm, we strongly suggest you delete the CSV file.
