Roboform 8 requires you to use your Email Adress and Master Password. If you have not upgraded to RoboForm 8 and are still using version 7, then your account will use your User ID and Online Account Password. We understand that this can be very confusing.
If you still have version 7 installed and cannot remember your Online account credentials please contact us to reset your online account password. This can only be done from the online account and does not affect the Master Password used with V7. The Master Password can never be reset.
If you have version 8 it is best to create a new account with a new email and manually move your data from version 7 to version 8 by following the steps provided from Importing version 7 data into version 8.
There is no longer a separate ‘Everywhere’ password when using version due to our New Security.
