If your licenses are not listed in your RoboForm account this may mean that your User Id is not associated with the proper licenses. This could be due to using different email between the RFO and purchasing process. Please let us know what order ID or email you used for licensing. We will also need to know what UserID/Email you used for your online account so we can attach it for you. Please provide as much information as possible.
