Starting with version 126.96.36.199, RoboForm supports additional authentication steps for device verification.
Both RoboForm Everywhere logins via browser and RoboForm synchronization in the application can be set to require a One Time Password (OTP) that is sent to the account email or SMS. This is done to authenticate the login to RoboForm Everywhere/synchronization with RoboForm Everywhere and enroll the device you use.
OTP settings can be configured via the web portal for RoboForm Everywhere in the Security tab.
How to enable and disable OTP
Please Note: If you login your Everywhere account via a browser, and you select to enroll the browser, then an authorization token is stored in the browser's cookies. If you want to maintain the enrolled status of the browser, don't clear the cookies. Also, check the cookie-related settings of your browser: make sure the browser will keep cookies until they expire, and not until the browser closes.
