If you are unable to log in to the RoboForm iOS app, please try the following:
1) Ensure you are entering the correct email and Master Password associated with your RoboForm account (NOTE: they are case-sensitive).
2) If you created a RoboForm Online account using version 7, but you do not remember the User ID, visit our Customer Information Page and enter in your email address. We will send the list of matching UserIDs to the specified email address.
3) If you have not yet created a RoboForm account, follow the prompts in the app to create one.
4) If additional assistance is needed, please submit a ticket via our Online Support System.
