If you are unable to log in to the RoboForm Android app, please try the following:
- Ensure you are entering the email and Master Password associated with your RoboForm account (note, they are case-sensitive).
- If you created a RoboForm Online account using version 7, but you do not remember the User ID, apply to the Customer Information Page.
- If you have not yet created a RoboForm account, follow the prompts in the app to create one.
- If additional assistance is needed, please submit a ticket via our Online Support System.
