RoboForm for Android allows you to use Email (V8) instead of a User ID (V7) for the synchronization. However, the following restrictions apply:
- The field where you input User ID is case sensitive
- You have not converted your account to version 8 yet
- There is more than one account with the same email
You may request the list of your accounts here, then delete old accounts which you are not using anymore.
**Please note, Email can only be used with accounts that have been successfully converted to version 8.
