RoboForm for Android allows you to use Email (V8) instead of a User ID (V7) for the synchronization. If your email is being rejected, the following may be the cause:
- The field where you input User ID is case sensitive. Please ensure you're the information you're entering is in the proper case.
- You have not yet converted your account to version 8. Please note, email can ONLY be used with accounts that have been successfully converted to version 8.
- There is more than one account with the same email
You may request the list of your accounts here, then delete old accounts which you are not using anymore.
