RoboForm saves login credentials (user names, passwords, etc.) for websites and applications in an encrypted vault and lets users log back in automatically.
RoboForm will offer to save these credentials whenever they're used and will save them in a 'RoboForm Login.' Log in credentials are saved and encrypted with the user's Master Password. The next time the user wants to log back into a previously saved account for a web portal or an application, RoboForm will automatically fill and submit the user's login credentials.

RoboForm Logins created by RoboForm company admins and RoboForm group managers can be shared with other company employees using the RoboForm for Business role based sharing feature. Company admins can enable/disable the end user's ability to create individual RoboForm Logins using RoboForm Policies. If the end user's ability to create individual (personal) RoboForm passcards is disabled, users will only be able to use passcards assigned to them by company admins and group managers.
BOOKMARK
RoboForm can also save bookmarks just like a browser. RoboForm Bookmarks can be saved automatically or manually. Users can use RoboForm saved Bookmarks to navigate to their favorite websites in seconds.
To save a new Bookmark within RoboForm, users simply need to click on the RoboForm icon >>Bookmarks >> New. From there you can rename the bookmark (if you'd like) and save by clicking the blue Save button.
(RoboForm asks the user to confirm the bookmark's name before saving it)

IDENTITY
RoboForm can save and fill in long non-password forms (such as registration or checkout forms) in a personal profile that we call an 'Identity.' Users must create their RoboForm Identity, filling it with information that they would like to RoboForm to automatically submit into forms.
Information in a RoboForm Identity is structured using the following categories: Person, Business, Passport, Address, Credit Card, Bank Account, Car, and Custom fields that users can set the questions and the answers for.
(Categories for information stored in RoboForm Identity)
Filling forms with the values stored within the RoboForm Identity categories and fields is manually initiated by the user. RoboForm will warn users when the web form they've filled includes sensitive information such as credit card numbers or bank accounts.

CONTACT
RoboForm can also be used as an address book. Each entry in this address book is called a 'Contact.' A Contact is an Identity with fewer fields that is not used in form filling; it's instead used to store other people's personal data. Contacts are shown together with Identity.

SAFENOTE
RoboForm files that are used to store secret and non-secret information in a plain text file are known as 'Safenotes.' Safenotes provide safe storage for important passwords that are not automatically stored in Passcards and for other sensitive information such as ATM pins or lock key combinations. Another use for Safenotes is to save and share any text based instructions, reminders, manuals, etc.
