Once the accounts for users (employees) are created by the company admin in the RoboForm for Business management dashboard, users can use their accounts on up to nine RoboForm application clients installed on:
- Windows (Vista/7/8/10)
- MAC OSX (10.10 and up, Intel Macs only)
- iOS (11 and up, phones and tablets)
- Android (4.1.3 and up, phones and tablets)
Locally installed RoboForm clients are a mandatory piece of the RoboForm for Business solution.
Users can install RoboForm clients themselves using installers from our download page, or companies can choose to deploy RoboForm centrally using our MSI installer (available for Windows OS only).
RoboForm clients installed on Windows and Mac operating systems will automatically attach the RoboForm browser extension to all browsers found on the computer.
Within the first few steps of the installation process, RoboForm will ask the user to create a new account or use an existing account. All RoboForm for Business users should choose "Use Existing Account" and then provide their RoboForm account email and Master Password.
