Regardless of the device, operating system, or browser (aka "clients") through which you update your Master Password, that change will be propagated to all other clients in real time. When logging in to RoboForm from any device (aside from the one you used to update the Master Password), you will be prompted to enter your new Master Password. This applies to all RoboForm accounts (Business, Everywhere, and Free).
