If you are unable to locate your existing data, please follow the steps below.
1) Verify that you are logged into the correct RoboForm account. Your RoboForm V8 credentials will be your email address and your Master Password.
2) If you are logged into the correct account, your data may not have properly transferred over when upgrading from V7 to V8. To ensure all your V7 data is found in your V8 account, follow the steps listed here.
