Exporting a CSV file from LogMeOnce
1) Open your browser and click the LogMeOnce extension. In the LogMeOnce browser extension, click the "Menu" tab in the upper left corner. Then, click the "Export To" option.
2) Click the "CSV File" option.
3) You will be prompted to select the data you would like to export and a format for the exported file. Ensure that you have selected the "Export Password Manager" and "CSV File" options, then click the orange "Export" button.
4) You will be prompted to confirm that you would like to export your data to a CSV file by entering your LogMeOnce password. Enter it, and then click the orange "OK" button.
5) LogMeOnce will export a CSV file titled "export yyyy-mm-dd" into your designated downloads folder.
Importing your LogMeOnce data into RoboForm Desktop (Windows)
1) Click the [ ^ ] (show hidden icons) button in the bottom right corner of your screen, then click the RoboForm icon. Select "Tools" from the menu. Then, click the "Import" option.
2) From "Import" dialog choose "LogMeOnce" from the column on the left.
At the bottom of this screen, you can click the "Folder" icon to choose the RoboForm folder where the data will be imported to. By default, the data will be imported into the "Home" folder.
Once the location has been set, select the blue "Import from File" button in the lower right corner.
3) Select the .csv file that you previously exported from LogMeOnce. Then, click the "Open" button.
4) When the import has been successfully completed, the following screen will display. If the confirmation screen does not appear, the file you tried to import is formatted incorrectly.
WARNING: It is strongly recommended that you delete the CSV file after this process because it contains unprotected data. Do not send it to anyone, upload it to the Internet, or even leave it in local storage on your computer.
Importing your LogMeOnce data into RoboForm Desktop (Mac)
1) Click the RoboForm icon in the top right of your screen on the Menu bar. Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner. Then, select "Settings" from the menu.
2) Select "Account & Data" from the column on the left, and then click the "Import from..." button under the "Import and Export" section.
3) From the "Import" dialog choose "LogMeOnce" from the column on the left.
At the bottom of this screen, you can click the "Folder" icon to choose the RoboForm folder where the data will be imported to. By default, the data will be imported into the "Home" folder.
Once the location has been set, select the blue "Import from File" button in the lower right corner.
4) Select the .csv file that you previously exported from LogMeOnce. Then, click the "Choose file for import" button.
5) When the import has been successfully completed, the following screen will display. If the confirmation screen does not appear, the file you tried to import is formatted incorrectly.
