The owner of the email account used to purchase the Family Plan subscription is the license holder.
To check if your account is the Family Plan license holder, follow the steps below.
RoboForm Extension:
1) Open your browser and click the RoboForm extension icon. Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner. Then, select "Settings" from the menu.
2) Select "Licenses" from the column on the left.
If you are the Family Plan license holder, below "Activated Accounts" you will see your activated accounts, how many licenses you still have available to assign, and the "Assign License" button.
If you are NOT the Family Plan license holder, below "Activated Accounts" you will see a message stating that your RoboForm account is not the primary license holder.
RoboForm Online:
1) Log in to your RoboForm Online account here and click your account's dropdown menu in the top right. Then, select "Settings" from the menu.
2) Select "Licenses" from the column on the left.
If you are the Family Plan license holder, below "Activated Accounts" you will see your activated accounts, how many licenses you still have available to assign, and the "Assign License" button.
If you are NOT the Family Plan license holder, below "Activated Accounts" you will see a message stating that your RoboForm account is not the primary license holder.
