How to enable the RoboForm lower toolbar (Chrome, Edge, and Firefox)

NOTE: Lower browser toolbar is only available on RoboForm for Windows desktop click here to download and install it before following the steps below.

RoboForm Taskbar Icon

1) Click the [ ^ ] button (show hidden icons) in the lower right corner of your screen. Click the RoboForm Taskbar icon. Select "Show Toolbar" from the menu.

NOTE: Ensure that you have selected the window you would like to attach the RoboForm lower toolbar to before clicking the "Show Toolbar" option.

2) Once enabled, the lower toolbar will display.

NOTE: To disable the lower toolbar, click the 'X' button on the right of the lower toolbar, or toggle the "Show lower RoboForm toolbar in browsers" option to the "Off" position in Settings.

RoboForm Extension

1) Open your browser and click the RoboForm Extension icon. Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner. Then, select "Settings" from the menu.

2) Select "General" from the column on the left. Then, toggle the "Show lower RoboForm toolbar in web browsers" option to the "On" position.

3) Once enabled, the lower toolbar will display.

NOTE: To disable the lower toolbar, click the 'X' button on the right of the lower toolbar, or toggle the "Show lower RoboForm toolbar in browsers" option to the "Off" position in Settings.
