Start Page
1) Go to the RoboForm Start Page.
You will now be on the Start Page. Select the "Safenotes" tab. To begin creating a new Safenote, you can either click the blue [ + ] button in the lower right hand corner or select the “Add New Safenote” button from your list of Safenotes.
2) The "New Safenote" window will appear.
If you click the 3 dots in the top right, you will see a menu with options to View in New Tab, Share, Send, Print, Open File Location, Rename, Move, Clone, Add to Pinned, and Delete your Safenote. The "X" in the top right corner allows you to exit your Safenote.
3) Fill out and title the Safenote as you wish, and then click the blue "Save" button in the upper right to safe your changes.
Windows
1) Click the [ ^ ] button (show hidden icons) in the lower right corner. Click the RoboForm icon. Then, select "Safenotes" from the menu, and then click the "New" option.
2) The "Create New Safenote" window will appear. In this window, you can name your Safenote by filling out the "Name" field and choose a folder to store it in by clicking the "Create In" button. When you are finished, click the "OK" button.
3) You will be brought to the Editor where you can view and edit your new Safenote. Fill out the Safenote as you wish, and then click the "Floppy Disk" icon in the upper right to safe your changes.
Mac
1) Click the RoboForm icon in the upper right of the Menu Bar. Click the [ v ] icon to the right of the Logins tab and select "Safenote" from the menu. Then, click the blue [ + ] button in the lower right hand corner.
2) You will be brought to the Start Page and the "New Safenote" window will appear.
If you click the 3 dots at the top right, you will see a menu with options to View in New Tab, Share, Send, Print, Open File Location, Rename, Move, Clone, Add to Pinned, Delete, and Restore your Safenote. The "X" in the top right corner allows you to exit your Safenote.
3) Fill out and title the Safenote as you wish, and then click the blue "Save" button in the upper right to safe your changes.
NOTE: The Safenote Title will default to the first line of text in the Safenote.
