Why isn't RoboForm available in the Kindle Fire Appstore?

For reasons that have not been made entirely clear to us, Amazon has declined to make our Fire OS app available on Kindle Fire devices.

In testing, the RoboForm app that is listed on Amazon.com works on Fire OS no different than our regular Android app. 

However, due to Amazon's refusal to allow the app in the Fire OS Appstore, RoboForm is effectively shut out of Fire devices.
