RoboForm's Backup and Restore is a useful tool if you ever wish to revert your RoboForm data to a previous moment in time.
RoboForm Extension
1) Open your browser and click the RoboForm extension icon. Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner. Then, select "Settings" from the menu.
2) Select "Account & Data" from the column on the left. Then, click the "Backup & Restore" button.
3) You will now be on a page with a list of your backups organized in chronological order. Select the date you would like to restore from and check the box or boxes which correspond to the data you wish to restore. Then, click the "Restore selected" button in the upper left corner.
4) You will be prompted to confirm that you would like to restore the selected item(s). Click the blue "Yes" button on this window.
5) RoboForm will present you with a window confirming that the restoration is complete. Click the blue "Close" button on this window.
Windows
1) Click the [ ^ ] button (Show hidden icons) in the lower right corner of your screen. Click the RoboForm icon. Then, select "Options" from the menu.
2) Select "Account & Data" from the column on the left. Then, click the "Backup and Restore" button.
3) Two sets of backups should be shown: a folder titled "Local" and a folder titled "On Server." The files within these folders can be used by selecting "Restore" to the right of the date you wish to restore from.
Within that backup, check the box or boxes which correspond to the data you wish to restore. Then, click the "Restore" button in the bottom left corner.
4) If you do not see the data you wish to restore, click the "Restore from Folder" button at the top of the screen. Then, select the folder that contains the saved copy of your RoboForm data that you would like to restore. Click "OK" once selected.
5) RoboForm will then attempt to restore the data. In order to complete this process, you will need to input your Master Password used at the time of the backup.
Mac
1) Click the RoboForm icon in the top right of your screen on the Menu bar. Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner. Then, select "Settings" from the menu.
2) Select "Account & Data" from the column on the left. Then, click the "Backup and Restore" button.
3) Two sets of backups should be shown: a folder titled "Local" and a folder titled "On Server." The files within these folders can be used by selecting "Restore" to the right of the date you wish to restore from.

iOS:
1) Open the RoboForm app and tap the 3 dots at the top right corner. Then, select "Settings" from the menu.
2) Select "Account" from the Settings menu.
3) On the Account page, tap the "Backup and Restore" button.
4) You will see your created backups listed by the dates they were created. Tap the date which you would like to restore from.
5) Within the selected folder you can select specific items to restore, or tap the "Select All" button to select all items in the folder.
Once you have selected the items you would like to restore, tap the "Restore" button in the bottom left.
6) You will receive a message asking you to confirm that you would like to restore these items, tap "Yes" on this message.
7) Once the item(s) have been successfully restored, you will receive a message confirming that the restoration is complete. Tap "OK" on this message.
Android:
1) Open the RoboForm app and tap the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner. Then, select "Settings" from the menu.
2) Select "Account" from the Settings menu.
3) On the Account page, tap the "Backup and Restore" button.
4) You will see your created backups listed by the dates they were created. Tap the date which you would like to restore from.
5) Within the selected folder you can select specific items to restore, or tap the "Select All" button to select all items in the folder.
Once you have selected the items you would like to restore, tap the "Restore" button in the bottom left.
6) Once the item(s) have been successfully restored, the restored item(s) will display a "Restored" tag.
Restore Data From RoboForm Online
1) Login to your RoboForm Online account here and click your account's dropdown menu in the top right. Then, select "Settings" from the menu.
2) Select "Account & Data" from the column on the left. Then, click the "Backup & Restore" button.
3) You will now be on a page with a list of your backups organized in chronological order. Select the date you would like to restore from and check the box or boxes which correspond to the data you wish to restore. Then, click the "Restore selected" button in the upper left corner.
4) You will be prompted to confirm that you would like to restore the selected item(s). Click the blue "Yes" button on this window.
5) RoboForm will present you with a window confirming that the restoration is complete. Click the blue "Close" button on this window.
Restoring Individual RoboForm Items
1) Go to the RoboForm Start Page. Hover your mouse over the item you would like to restore to a previous version and click the 3 dots in the upper right corner. Then, select "Restore" from the menu.
2) RoboForm will present you with a list of previously backed up versions of the item. Click the Arrow icon on the version you would like to restore. Then, click the blue "Restore" button in the upper right.
3) RoboForm will prompt you to confirm that you would like to restore this data, click the blue "Restore" button. RoboForm will complete the restoration.
