Exporting a CSV File From 1Password (Windows)
1) Open 1Password and log in. Click the 3 dots in the upper left. Then, select "Export" from the menu and click your account's name.
2) Enter your the password for your 1Password account and select "CSV (Logins and Passwords only)" as your export file format. Then, click the blue "Export Data" button.
3) Choose a location to export your data to, then click the "Save" button. Take careful note of the location you are saving the file in. You will need to find it during the import into RoboForm.
4) 1Password will confirm that your export has been completed. If you are unsure of where you saved your data, you can click the "Show File" button to see the file's location.
Exporting a CSV File From 1Password (Mac)
1) Open 1Password and log in. Click the "File" dropdown menu in the upper left corner of the Menu Bar. Then, select "Export" and click your account's name.
2) Enter your the password for your 1Password account and select "CSV (Logins and Passwords only)" as your export file format. Then, click the blue "Export Data" button.
3) Choose a location to export your data to, then click the "Save" button. Take careful note of the location you are saving the file in. You will need to find it during the import into RoboForm.
4) 1Password will confirm that your export has been completed. If you are unsure of where you saved your data, you can click the "Show File" button to see the file's location.
Importing Your 1Password Data Into the RoboForm Browser Extension
1) Go to the RoboForm Start Page. In the top right of the Start Page, click your account's email. From the menu which will appear, select the "Import" option.
2) Select 1Password from the listed options for import and follow the instructions which will appear in order to export your 1Password data.
Once you have finished exporting your data from 1Password, click the blue "Import from File" button and select the file which contains your 1Password data.
3) RoboForm will present you with a message confirming that the import was successful.
Importing Your 1Password Data Into RoboForm Desktop (Windows)
1) Click the [ ^ ] (show hidden icons) button in the bottom right corner of your screen, then click the RoboForm icon. Select "Tools" from the menu. Then, click the "Import" option.
2) From "Import" dialog choose "1Password" from the column on the left.
At the bottom of this screen, you can click the "Folder" icon to choose the RoboForm folder where the data will be imported to. By default, the data will be imported into the "Home" folder.
Once the location has been set, select the blue "Import from File" button in the lower right corner.
3) Select the .csv file that you previously exported from 1Password. Then, click the "Open" button.
4) When the import has been successfully completed, the following screen will display. If the confirmation screen does not appear, the file you tried to import is formatted incorrectly.
WARNING: It is strongly recommended that you delete the CSV file after this process because it contains unprotected data. Do not send it to anyone, upload it to the Internet, or even leave it in local storage on your computer.
Importing Your 1Password Data Into RoboForm Desktop (Mac)
1) Click the RoboForm icon in the top right of your screen on the Menu bar. Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner. Then, select "Settings" from the menu.
2) Select "Account & Data" from the column on the left, and then click the "Import from..." button under the "Import and Export" section.
3) From "Import" dialog choose "1Password" from the column on the left.
At the bottom of this screen, you can click the "Folder" icon to choose the RoboForm folder where the data will be imported to. By default, the data will be imported into the "Home" folder.
Once the location has been set, select the blue "Import from File" button in the lower right corner.
4) Select the .csv file that you previously exported from 1Password. Then, click the "Choose file for import" button.
5) When the import has been successfully completed, the following screen will display. If the confirmation screen does not appear, the file you tried to import is formatted incorrectly.
