Importing from Opera Using a CSV File
If you are having trouble importing using the first method, you can also try importing from a CSV.
To export a CSV from Opera, follow these steps:
1) Open Opera and click the "Gear" icon (Settings menu) in the column on the left.
2) Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Advanced" to view more options. Then, click "Password Manager" under the Autofill section of the Settings menu.
3) Select "Settings" from the column on the left. Then, click the "Download file" button to the right of the "Export passwords" section.
4) The "Save As" dialogue will appear. Name the CSV file and choose its location. Keep careful note of where you save the file, as you will need to access it in order to import your data.
Once you have finished exporting the CSV from Opera, click this link to view a tutorial on how to import your passwords from your exported CSV file.
