The Domain Equivalence feature allows you to define different website domains or Windows application names as the same site for login purposes. Once set up, RoboForm treats linked domains as equivalent, allowing saved credentials to be used across them without creating separate Logins. Domain Equivalence helps ensure consistent AutoFill behavior and reduces instances of duplicate Logins.
How to Use RoboForm's Domain Equivalence Feature - RoboForm Extension
1) Open your browser and click the RoboForm extension icon. Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner. Then, select "Settings" from the menu.
2) Select "Domains" from the column on the left.
You will see a list of your defined Domain Equivalences. Click the "Add Domain Equivalences" button.
3) Input the domains you would like to equate separated by "=".
Add domains without 'http' and 'www'. Domain Equivalences are transitive, for example if a user had these defined domain equivalences:
aaa.com=bbb.com=ccc.com
ddd.com=bbb.com
ddd.com=eee.com
The result is that all these domains are equal.
Once you have finished entering your new Domain Equivalence, click the checkmark on the right.
4) Your new Domain Equivalence has been added.

Windows Application Names
Domain Equivalence is not limited to website domains. You can also equate Windows application (executable) names, so that a single Windows Application Login matches more than one executable. For example:
WindowsTerminal=PowerShell
This matches an Application Login to both Windows PowerShell executables, treating them as the same target for fill purposes. Application-name equivalences follow the same "=" syntax and the same transitive rules as domain equivalences, and can be mixed in the same equivalence set.
For details on creating and targeting Windows Application Logins, see How to add a Login for Windows applications. For finer control over which executable and window an Application Login targets — including wildcard window-title matching — see the Match URL section of How to auto-fill passwords in apps that don't support native autofill (Custom Scripts).
