What is the activity log?
The activity log is a record of each time your account has been accessed or has had one of it's key settings changed.
To view your activity log, go to the RoboForm Start Page. In the top right of the Start Page, click your account's email.
Select the "Devices & Activity" tab from the column on the left and click the "Activities" tab at the top of the page. You will now be viewing a log of your account's activity.
What does the activity log mean?
Each line in the activity log indicates a type of access attempt to the account. Each line contains the following information.
Date and Time: The time and date at which the access attempt was made.
Action: The type of action that was performed.
Approximate Location: The estimated location of the device that performed the action. The IP address is also listed here.
Device: What type of device the access attempt was made from. This will show the Operating System as well as what web browser if one was used.
Clicking on an item in the activity log reveals information about the device used for the activity as well as other actions performed by the device.
