What is an activity log?
The activity log is a record of each time your account has been accessed or has had one of it's key settings changed. The activity log can be downloaded by signing into the RoboForm website here.
From the RoboForm website navigate to My Settings > Sessions.
At the bottom of the Sessions page select Download Detailed Log.
What does the activity log mean?
Each line in the activity log indicates a type of access attempt to the account. Each line contains the following information.
Date/Time: The time and date at which the access attempt was made.
IP Address: The public IP address of the device that the access attempt was made from.
Device: What type of device the access attempt was made from. This will show the Operating System as well as what web browser if one was used.
Type: What RoboForm client type the attempt was made from.
Operation Type: What kind of action the server made in response to the request. The potential responses are:
-Auth: The action was successfully authorized.
-Auth Rejected: The the action was not authorized.
-Sync: An authenticated connection synced RoboForm data with the server.
Operation: What the result of the server's action was. The potential results are:
-Login: A sign in attempt was successful.
-Wong password: The authorization failed due to incorrect credentials.
Operation Source: What triggered the request to the server. The standard sources are:
-Interactive: The user provided their credentials in an attempt to sign in.
-Using One Time Code: The user provided an OTP code during authentication.
-Using Biometric: The user signed in using a registered Biometric authentication device.
-Using PIN: The user signed in using a registered PIN.
-Using Windows Hello: The user signed in using an authentic method registered with Windows Hello.
-User Stored Credentials: The user was automatically signed in using credentials cached in the device's system protected storage.
-Sync: An automatic background sync triggered during an existing session.
