Android Version 12 and above
1) Open the Chrome app and tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner.
2) Select "Settings" from the menu.
3) Tap "Google Password Manager" in the Settings menu.
4) Tap the "Settings" tab in the lower right corner of the Google Password Manager menu.
5) Tap the "Export Passwords" option.
6) You will receive a message prompting you to confirm that you would like to export your passwords from Chrome. Tap the blue "Export" button on this message.
NOTE: You may be prompted to enter your PIN, depending on your personal security settings.
7) You will be prompted to save the exported passwords as a CSV file in your Android device's Downloads folder. Tap the blue "Save" button.
8) Open the "My Files" app on your Android device.
9) Tap the "Downloads" category in the My Files app.
10) Press and hold on the exported CSV file to select it. Then, tap the "Share" button at the bottom of the screen.
11) Scroll to the end of the suggested applications and select the "More" option.
12) Choose "RoboForm" to import the file into RoboForm.
13) RoboForm will then prompt you to select a folder to store the imported passwords in. Select the folder you wish to use and then tap the blue "Import" button.
13) Once the process has been completed, you will receive a message from RoboForm confirming that the import was successful. Tap the blue "Done" button on this message.
Android Version 11 and older
1) Open the Chrome app and tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner.
2) Select "Settings" from the menu.
3) Tap "Password Manager" in the Settings menu.
4) Tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the Password Manager menu.
5) Tap the "Export Passwords..." option which will appear.
NOTE: You may be prompted to enter your PIN, depending on your personal security settings.
6) You will receive a message prompting you to confirm that you would like to export your passwords from Chrome. Tap the blue "Export Passwords..." button on this message.
7) At the bottom of the screen, you will be presented with different options for where to export your passwords to. Select the "Import to RoboForm" option.
8) RoboForm will then prompt you to select a folder to store the imported passwords in. Select the folder you wish to use and then tap the blue "Import" button.
9) Once the process has been completed, you will receive a message from RoboForm confirming that the import was successful. Tap the blue "Done" button on this message.
