How do I cancel auto-renewal for my RoboForm Subscription?

How to Cancel Auto-Renewal for a Personal or Family License

1) Go to the RoboForm Start Page. In the top right of the Start Page, click your account's email. Then, select "Settings" from the menu.

2) Select "License & Billing" from the column on the left. Then, toggle option for Auto Renewal Status to the "OFF" position (gray).

3) You will be prompted to confirm that you would like to cancel auto-renewal. Click the blue "Turn Off" button on this message to complete the cancelation.

How to Cancel Auto-Renewal for a Business License

1) Go to the RoboForm Admin Center. In the top right of the Admin Center, click your company's name. Then, select "Settings" from the menu.

2) Select "License & Billing" from the column on the left. Then, toggle option for Auto Renewal Status to the "OFF" position.

3) You will be prompted to confirm that you would like to cancel auto-renewal. Click the blue "Turn Off" button on this message to complete the cancelation.

If you purchased using PayPal on our website

From the old PayPal interface: PayPal >> "Profile" page >> "My Money" >> "My Preapproved Payments" >> Select to cancel the recurring payments profile there.

From the new PayPal interface: PayPal >> "Gear" (settings) button >> "Payments" >> "Manage Automatic Payments" >> Select the subscription you would like to cancel >> Click the "Cancel" option.

If you purchased on the iOS App Store

If you subscribed to an automatically renewed plan on the iOS App Store, you must manage your subscription within your Apple account. Click here to see how.
