When does my RoboForm Premium subscription expire?

To locate information regarding the expiration date of your RoboForm Premium subscription, follow the steps below.

 

RoboForm Extension

1) Open your browser, and click the RoboForm Extension icon. Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the extension's menu. Then, select "Settings" from the menu.

 

2) Select "License & Billing" from the column on the left. Your expiration date will appear under the "License Status" section.

 

Windows Desktop Application

1) Click the [ ^ ] (show hidden icons) button in the bottom right corner of your screen. Select "Help" from the menu. Then, click the "About" option.

 

2) Days until expired/expiration date will display. 

 

Mac Desktop Application

1) Click the RoboForm icon at the top right of your in the Menu Bar. Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner. Then, hover your mouse over the "Help" option and select "About" from the menu.

 

2) Days until expired/expiration date will display. 

 

iOS

1) Open the RoboForm application and tap the [...] icon in the top right. Then, tap "Settings" and select "Account" from the listed options.

 

2) Days until expired/expiration date will display.

 

Android

1) Tap the 3 dots in the upper right-hand corner of the RoboForm for Android app. Then, select "Settings" from the menu.

 

2) Select "Account" from the listed options.

 

4) The number of days until expiration will display.
