How do I cancel auto-renewal for RoboForm Premium?

How to Cancel Auto-Renewal

1) Go to the RoboForm Start Page. In the top right of the Start Page, click your account's email. Then, select "Settings" from the menu. 

2) Select "Licenses" from the column on the left. Then, toggle option for Auto Renewal Status to the "OFF" position (gray).

If you purchased using PayPal on our website

From the old PayPal interface: PayPal >> "Profile" page >> "My Money" >> "My Preapproved Payments" >> Select to cancel the recurring payments profile there.

From the new PayPal interface: PayPal >> "Gear" (settings) button >> "Payments" >> "Manage Automatic Payments" >> Select the subscription you would like to cancel >> Click the "Cancel" option.

If you purchased on the iOS App Store

If you subscribed to an automatically renewed plan on the iOS App Store, you must manage your subscription within your Apple account. Click here to see how.

If you purchased your RoboForm Premium subscription on the Google Play store, you must manage your subscription within your Google Play Store account. Click here to see how.
