RoboForm supports Two Factor Authentication in the form of TOTP based authentication apps, including Google Authenticator, Authy, and Microsoft Authenticator. In addition, email and SMS One Time Password (OTP) verification is available.
By enabling OTP/2FA, you can specify which computers and devices can access your RoboForm account. We highly recommend you enable this feature as an additional layer of security for your RoboForm Everywhere account.
On your initial login using RoboForm on a new device, 2FA will be required. After the device is authorized, its access privileges will stay in place unless the device is removed from the account.
OTP settings can be configured by following these steps:
1) Log into your RoboForm Online account
2) Select the "Security" tab from the column on the left. Under "Two-factor authentication" you will see the available authentication options.

NOTE: If you log in to your RoboForm account via a browser and you select to enroll the browser, an authorization token is stored in the browser's cookies. If you want to maintain the enrolled status of the browser, do not clear the cookies. Also, check the cookie-related settings of your browser: make sure the browser will keep cookies until they expire, and not until the browser closes.
