Why am I receiving this message?
If you were using an older version of RoboForm (before 9.7.5 on Windows, 9.7.3 on Mac, or 9.7.1 for the browser extension) and you have Windows Hello or Mac Touch ID enabled, you'll see a message asking you to set up a Passkey when you try to log into the updated RoboForm.
What do I need to do?
You can choose to create a Passkey using your Windows Hello/Touch ID by clicking the green "Create Passkey" button. If you choose to do so, click here for our tutorial on creating a Passkey to unlock RoboForm.
You can also choose the "Remind Me Later" option if you'd like to create the new Passkey at a later time.
