Migrating data between Premium accounts is as easy as exporting and importing a CSV file.
NOTE: This process will export Logins, Bookmarks, and Safenotes only.
RoboForm Extension
1) Open your browser and click the RoboForm extension icon. Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner. Then, select "Settings" from the menu.
2) Select "Account & Data" from the column on the left. Then, under the "Export data from RoboForm" section, click the "Export" button.
3) You will be prompted to input your Master Password to confirm this action. Enter your Master Password and click the green "Continue" button.
4) A window will appear prompting you to confirm that you would like to export your data to a CSV file. Click the blue "Export" button on this window. RoboForm will export the CSV file of your data to your designated Downloads folder.
5) Once the export is complete, you will receive a confirmation from RoboForm. Click the blue "Close" button on this window.
After exporting the CSV file, to migrate your data to a different RoboForm account you will need to import the CSV file to that account.

Windows
1) Click the "Show Hidden Icons" [ ^ ] button in the lower right corner of your screen. Click the RoboForm Taskbar icon in the bottom right-hand system tray of your desktop. Then, select “Options” from the menu.
2) Select "Account & Data" from the column on the left. Then, click the "Export" button.
3) You will be prompted to input your Master Password to confirm this action. Enter your Master Password and click the "Log In" button.
4) Highlight the folders you wish to export from, select "CSV file" as your format, choose the type of RoboForm data you would like to export (Logins, Bookmarks, and/or Safenotes) and choose a location to save the CSV file in.
NOTE: You will need to choose "CSV file" as your format before choosing a location to save the file, as some formats cannot be saved into all folders.
Click the blue "Export" button once you have made your selections.
5) A window will appear prompting you to confirm that you would like to export your data to a CSV file. Click the "Yes" button on this window.
6) Once the export is complete, click the "Close" button.
NOTE: If you would like to view the new CSV file in the folder you saved it to, you can click "Open containing folder" at the bottom right of this window.

Mac
1) Click the RoboForm icon in the top right of your screen on the Menu bar. Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner. Then, select "Settings" from the menu.

3) You will be prompted to input your Master Password to confirm this action. Enter your Master Password and click the blue "Log In" button.
4) Highlight the folders you wish to export from, select "CSV file" as your format, choose the type of RoboForm data you would like to export (Logins, Bookmarks, and/or Safenotes) and choose a location to save the CSV file in.
NOTE: You will need to choose "CSV file" as your format before choosing a location to save the file, as some formats cannot be saved into all folders.
Click the blue "Export" button once you have made your selections.
5) A window will appear prompting you to confirm that you would like to export your data to a CSV file. Click the "Yes" button on this window.
6) Once the export is complete, click the "Close" button.
NOTE: If you would like to view the new CSV file in the folder you saved it to, you can click "Open containing folder" at the bottom right of this window.
