If an admin has more users in their trial company than licenses they will receive the following message when attempting to activate their licenses.
Example: During the free trial, an admin created 8 users and and is now trying to activate with only 6 paid licenses.
Solution: Buy more licenses to match the number of already created users or delete users to match the number of paid licenses.
If an admin enters the wrong order id or order name when activating their licenses they will receive the following message.
Solution: Check the invoice that was sent upon purchase to make sure that the order id and order name are correct.
If an admin attempts to activate a license that is not an enterprise license they will receive the following message.
Solution: Check the invoice that was sent upon purchase to confirm that the correct purchase was made.
If an admin attempts to activate a license that has already been used to activate another company they will receive the following message.
Solution: Contact RoboForm support to move the activation to the proper company.
