When establishing a RoboForm for Business group or including a company user in a group, the RoboForm company administrator has the authority to define the user's usage permissions within that group. If a user's usage permission is designated as "Regular," they can modify any data shared with them via the group and contribute their own data to the group. Users' usage permissions within a group can be reviewed and adjusted in the user's profile. For further details on permission levels in RoboForm for Business, click here.
To prevent a user from being able to edit or view RoboForm data shared with them, set the permission level to "Limited."
To change a user's usage permission to Limited, right click that group in the user's profile and click "User Permissions" next to their name and change their usage permission.
