What Identity Providers RoboForm integrates with?
Okta, Azure/Entra, and OneLogin.
Can RoboForm IdP provisioning integration replicate groups from my IdP?
Yes, in addition to user's RoboForm's SCIM integration can migrate over groups with membership in the group matching membership on the IdP side. Any future changes to the membership of this group will be synced over to RoboForm as well.
Where can I find the RoboForm SCIM integration?
The SCIM integration page can be found in the RoboForm for Business administrator console. Sign into your RoboForm administrator account here and navigate to Company Settings>>SCIM Provisioning.
Do our current RoboForm for Business licenses include the new SCIM functionality?
Yes, our simple one plan licensing model provides all of the functionality available in RoboForm for Business at no additional charge. All current and future functionality is included in your RoboForm for Business licenses.
Will the permissions we have set for our users in our IdP be synced over to RoboForm?
No, RoboForm's permissions do not have direct counterparts in your IdP and will need to be set separately.
What happens to a user's RoboForm account if I suspend their profile in our IdP?
Suspending a user's account in your IdP will cause that user's account to be suspended in RoboForm as
well.
What happens if I delete a user from my Identity Provider?
That user will be deleted in RoboForm as well.
Who in our company can setup SCIM provisioning?
Only RoboForm for Business company administrators have the option to setup SCIM provisioning, non-admin users do not have access to this functionality.
What happens if we attempt to sync more users from our IdP than we have licenses in RoboForm?
Your IdP will sync over as many users as it can until you have run out of licenses, it will then show an error message on IdP side. In this case RoboForm for Business company admin must purchase additional licenses before remaining users are synced over.
Can RoboForm serve as an Identity Provider?
No, RoboForm for Business does not have the ability to serve as an Identity Provider. The SCIM integration can only be used to onboard users and migrate groups from your existing Identity Provider.
