How to log in to multiple sites with one click (Batch Login)

A Batch Login allows you to log into multiple accounts simultaneously, opening each in a new browser tab with a single click.

1. Using Batch Login by Selecting Individual Logins
2. Using Batch Login with a Folder

Using Batch Login by Selecting Individual Logins

1) Go to the RoboForm Start Page. Hover your mouse above each Login you would like to log in to, and check the box in the upper left corner to select them.

2) After checking the boxes for your desired Logins, click the "Batch Login" button which will appear at the top of the page.

3) RoboForm will log you in to each site you selected.

Using Batch Login with a Folder

1) Go to the RoboForm Start Page. Hover your mouse above the folder which contains the group of Logins you would like to log in to, and click the 3 dots in the upper right corner.

Then, select "Batch Login" from the three dots menu.

2) RoboForm will log you in to each site contained in the folder.
