Users with the Group Administrator or Regular permission level are able to add/remove/edit RoboForm data in their group. RoboForm data can be managed and assigned to groups from the files tab of the group manager interface.
1) Select the data to be added to the group.
2) Click "Add to Group" from the options panel.
3) Select the group to add the data to and click "OK."
Once the data has been added to a group, users within the group will be able to view and use the data according to their preset usage permissions levels. For full list usage permission level privileges click here.
