Users with the Group Administrator or Regular permission level are able to add/remove/edit RoboForm data in their group. RoboForm data can be managed and assigned to groups from the Data tab of the group manager interface.
1) Select the data to be added to the group, and click the "Add to Group" button.
2) Select the group to add the data to and click "Add".
Once the data has been added to a group, users within the group will be able to view and use the data according to their preset usage permissions levels. For a full list of usage permission level privileges, click here.
