Through the Users/Groups tab located in the RoboForm for Business group manager interface, group managers are able to preform the following actions:
Through the Admin center, group managers have access to any groups they manage.
To access the admin center when logged in to your RoboForm account with group manager privileges, click on the company name in the upper right-hand corner of the start page, or click the browser extension icon, click the three vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner, and select >Open Admin Center.
Group managers are able to perform the following actions through the admin center.
1) Add company users to their group
Click the Groups tab, click on the group you want to manage, and click "Add Users to Group".
Select the users to be added to the group with the checkbox, and click the "Add" button.
2) Remove users from their group
Click the Groups tab, click on the group you want to manage, and select the users. Once the user/s have been selected, click "Remove from Group".
Click the "OK" button to confirm.
3) Edit the usage permission and storage type of users within the manager's group.
Right-click on the user's column, and select "Usage Permissions".
Storage type and User permissions can both be edited from this menu.
Storage Type
The storage type determines where copies of the data shared within this group can be saved.
Server:
A copy of the data shared in this group will never be stored on the user’s computer; it will only be stored in the company's account hosted on our servers. As such, users in this group will only be able to access these logins while they are online.
Synced:
A copy of the RoboForm files assigned to this group will reside on the user's device as well as on your company's account hosted on our servers. As such, users in this group will be able to access the data that has been shared with them even if they are offline.
