RoboForm for Business is a Software as a Service (SaaS) product where company administrators create accounts for all users. This article will explain what you, as a user, should do once your account has been created by the admins.
RoboForm Account Setup
After your account is created by the RoboForm company admins, you will receive the following email.
1) Before downloading and installing RoboForm, check if it's already installed by searching for 'RoboForm' in your device's operating system search bar.
If it's not installed, follow this article to download and install RoboForm on your computer.
2) Login to RoboForm using your email address and the temporary password included in the setup email.
3) After logging in with your email and the temporary password provided, you will be required to update your Master Password. Click Next to proceed.
4) Each user creates their own Master Password, which serves as the key to their RoboForm account.
The minimum complexity is 8 characters, with at least 4 non-numeric characters, though admins may enforce stricter rules. Hover over the icon next to the Master Password field to see the current complexity requirements.
If the Master Password meets the complexity requirements set by company policy, you will see a green checkmark.
Make sure to remember your Master Password!

After setting the Master Password, the account is set up is complete.

SSO Setup
1) Download and install the RoboForm application.
Before downloading and installing RoboForm, check if it's already installed by searching for 'RoboForm' in your device's operating system search bar.
If it's not installed, follow this article to download and install RoboForm on your computer.
2) When prompted to sign into RoboForm instead select SSO Log In for enterprise users
3) Enter the email address tied to your account and select Next
4) You will be redirected to your Identity Provider to complete the authentication process. Click Next.
5) Enter the password tied to your profile with your Identity Provider and click Sign In.
6) The message below indicates that authentication is complete, and you are now signed in to RoboForm.
