While attempting to create an account for a user, you may receive an error message along the following: "An account with Email email@example.com already exists." If this happens, check with the user see if they have already created a RoboForm account.
If the user is currently using the consumer version of RoboForm (RoboForm Everywhere), the company admin can invite the existing account owner to join their RoboForm Everywhere account to the company.
If a user's existing account is invited to join a RoboForm for Business company, they must accept the invitation and complete the process the next time they log in to RoboForm. For more information on joining users click here.
If the user has an existing account and does not know the Master Password for that account then they can check the details of their account, request a deletion link, or reset their Master Password by entering their email address here.
