NOTE: In order to change your Master Password you must be logged in and you must know your existing Master Password.
Browser Extension
1) Open your browser and click the RoboForm extension icon. Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner. Then, select "Settings" from the menu.
2) Select "Account & Data" from the column on the left. Then, click the "Change Password" button.
3) RoboForm will prompt you to enter your old Master Password. Enter it, and click the green "Continue" button. In the next window, choose a new Master Password and then re-enter it to confirm. Then, click the green "Change Master Password" button at the bottom of the screen to complete the password change.
4) RoboForm will present you with a screen confirming that the password change was successful. Click the green "Done" button on this screen.
NOTE: If you forget your Master Password, you may be able to recover it using the Master Password Recovery feature.

Windows:
1) Open your browser and click the RoboForm extension icon. Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner. Then, select "Settings" from the menu.
2) Select the "Advanced" tab from the column on the left. Then, scroll down to the "Open Options in Installed RoboForm" option and click the "Open" button.
3) Select "Security" from the column on the left. Then, click the "Change Master Password" button at the top of the window.
4) You will be prompted to enter your current Master Password. Enter it, and click the blue "Next" button. On the next page, enter a new and secure Master Password that you will be able to remember and then re-enter it to confirm. Then, click the blue "Next" button.
NOTE: If you forget your Master Password, you may be able to recover it using the Master Password Recovery feature.

5) RoboForm will display a message confirming that the Master Password change was successful. Click the blue "OK" button.
Mac:
1) Open your browser and click the RoboForm extension icon. Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner. Then, select "Settings" from the menu.
2) Select "Advanced" from the column on the left. Then, click the "Open" button under the "Open Options in installed RoboForm" option.
3) Select "Security" from the column on the left. Then, click the "Set Master Password" button at the top of the window.
4) You will be prompted to enter your current Master Password. Enter it, and click the blue "Next" button. On the next page, enter a new and secure Master Password that you will be able to remember and then re-enter it to confirm. Then, click the blue "Next" button.
NOTE: If you forget your Master Password, you may be able to recover it using the Account Recovery feature.
