MSP Admins can add up to 5 MSP Team Members at no additional cost. These team members may be assigned any available role.
If more than 5 MSP Team Members are needed, the MSP must submit a request to Siber staff for approval. Once approved, the team member limit for that MSP account can be increased.
All MSP team members are listed in the Team Members panel in the MSP Portal. This panel is available in the left navigation within an admin-only section and is visible only to MSP Admins.
New MSP team members are added using the same on-boarding flow as RoboForm for Business users. An existing MSP Admin enters the person’s full name, email address, and role. The system then sends a customized account creation email with a temporary password and MSP-specific on-boarding language.
