MSPs can create RoboForm for Business companies for each of their clients through the MSP portal. Each company created can be managed directly from the MSP portal and will have it's billing automatically associated with your MSP account.
Creating a managed company
To begin creating a company open the Managed Companies section of the MSP portal.
From the Managed Companies page click Add company.
When creating a new company there are three options to set:
- Company Name - The name of the company that the new account is being created for.
- Company Website - The URL of the company's website. This information is optional
- Initial company status - Whether the company will start off as a RoboForm for Business trial or as a fully licensed company. If the client needs time to test RoboForm for Business they should be set to a Trial, otherwise they can start off as a fully licensed company.
Once the company has been created it will appear in your list of managed Companies.
Left clicking on the company will open that companies administrator console, allowing you to manage each of your client's companies and assist with administrating them.
Set up billing
To move an MSP account from trial to licensed:
- Open License & Billing in the MSP portal.
- Click Set Up Billing.
- Select the Billing Country. The currency is set automatically.
- Enter a VAT number if needed.
- Add a primary payment method.
If the card is validated successfully, the MSP account is automatically changed from trial to licensed.
After that, MSP admins can create managed companies with licensed status and change existing managed companies to licensed status.
