MSPs have the ability to administrate each of their managed companies as well as the users within each of those companies. The MSP portal allows administrators to switch between each of their managed companies to directly access that company's administrator console.
Managed Companies
Each managed company can be accessed from the Managed Companies section of the MSP portal.
From this page each managed company is listed along with information about the current status of the company including their company's license status and number of RoboForm users. To access a company's administrator console left click on that company.
Creating Users in Managed Companies
From a client's administrator console select the Users tab to begin creating RoboForm users for that company.
From the Users tab select Add User to access the available onboarding options for new users.
