The Reports page lets MSP admins review activity across the MSP portal and managed companies. Reports are used to track important user-management actions and show who performed each action and how it was done.
Available reports

Tracked activity
The following user activity is tracked and made available in reports:
- User creation
- Who created the user
- Which method was used
- User suspension
- Who suspended the user
- Which method was used
- User restore
- Who restored the user
- Which method was used
- User deletion
- Who deleted the user
- Which method was used
What the report shows
Depending on the report level, the Action Log may include:
- Date/Time
- Performed By
- Company
- Event
- Method
- Details
Filter and export options
Admins can use the Report Period filter to narrow the results shown on the page. Reports can also be exported for review outside the MSP portal.
