The Sort feature helps you organize saved items so they are easier to browse and manage.

How to Choose a Sorting Method

1) In your RoboForm iOS app, tap the 3 dots [...] in the upper right corner. Then, select "Sort by" from the menu.

2) There are three available options:

• Popular - Your most frequently used items will appear first.
• Recent - Your most recently used items will appear first.
• A-Z - Items will appear in alphabetical order.

Select the option which matches your preferred sorting order.

How to Save Your Preferred Sorting Method

1) In your RoboForm iOS app, tap the 3 dots [...] in the upper right corner. Then, select "Settings" from the menu.

2) Select "General" from the Settings menu.

3) Select the "New Tab starts with" option.

4) There are four available options:

• Last selected sorting - RoboForm will use whichever sorting option you had selected when you last used the app.
• All popular items - RoboForm will open new tabs displaying your most frequently used items across all item types.
• Popular Logins - RoboForm will open new tabs displaying your most frequently used Logins.
• Pinned items - RoboForm will open new tabs displaying your Pinned items.

To keep using the Sort by method you chose earlier (Popular, Recent, or A-Z), select "Last selected sorting". The other three options open new tabs with a fixed set of items and ignore your saved sort.
