Installers for all supported devices can be found on our website: www.roboform.com/download. Each installer will provide operating system specific instructions on setting up RoboForm.
RoboForm Windows Client
Start by selecting the appropriate language and clicking "Install."
Certain applications will need to be closed in order for RoboForm to finish installing. If any such applications are open, RoboForm will list them. Once they are all closed, the installer will move to the next step. Clicking the "Install" button will cause the installer to close these applications automatically.
When prompted to create a new account choose "Log In with existing account" and Log In. 
After logging in, RoboForm will complete the installation.
RoboForm Mac Client
After running the installer, double click the RoboForm icon to initiate the installation. 
If the computer asks for permission to run the RoboForm installer, choose the "Open" option.

Safari will ask permission to install the RoboForm extension. Choose the "Trust" option. 
When prompted to create a new account, choose to Log In with the existing account.
After logging in, RoboForm will complete the installation.
Web Browsers
During the installation, RoboForm will attempt to install the appropriate extension in each compatible web browser. In the case that this process proves unsuccessful or requires additional steps, follow the instructions below.
For Windows users: The extension can also be added by going clicking on the RoboForm icon >> Options >> Browsers & Apps, and selecting the appropriate web browser.
Firefox
When the extension is installed properly, the RoboForm icon will appear in the upper right corner of Firefox. If this icon does not appear, the extension is not fully set up.
Click the three lined icon and open Add-ons.
Ensure "Extensions" is selected and search for RoboForm Password Manager.
From the RoboForm extension download page, click "Add to Firefox."
Firefox will ask for permission to add and enable the add-on, press "Add."
The RoboForm icon will appear in the upper right corner next to the three lined icon, indicating that the add-on is properly installed.
Chrome
When the extension is installed properly, the RoboForm icon will appear in the upper right corner of Chrome. If this icon does not appear, the extension is not fully set up.
Click the three dotted icon >> hover over More tools >> select Extensions
Click "Get more extensions" from the extensions page.
Search for RoboForm Password Manager in the Chrome extensions browser. 
Click "ADD TO CHROME" next to the RoboForm Password Manager extension.
Chrome will ask for permission to add the extension, click "Add extension." 
The RoboForm icon will appear in the upper right corner next to the three dotted icon, indicating that the extension is properly installed.
Internet Explorer
When the extension is installed properly, a RoboForm toolbar will appear at the top of Internet Explorer. If this toolbar does not appear, the extension is not fully set up.
Click the gear icon >> select Manage add-ons.
Find the RoboForm Toolbar in the Add-on manager, click it and select "Enable."
Now the RoboForm toolbar will appear in the upper right corner next to the three dotted icon, indicating that the extension is properly installed.
Edge - Standalone Browser Extension
When the extension is installed properly, the RoboForm icon will appear in the upper right corner of Chrome. If this icon does not appear, the extension is not fully set up. 
Click the three dotted icon >> select Extensions.
Click "Get extensions from the Store."
Search Edge’s extension store for RoboForm for Microsoft Edge. 
Click the "Get" button to add the RoboForm extension to Edge.
After launching the extension, right click the RoboForm extension entry in Edge’s extension menu and click "Show button next to the address bar." 
The RoboForm icon will appear in the upper right corner next to the three dotted icon, indicating that the extension is properly installed.
