Creating a Company-sponsored Premium Account

Your RoboForm for Business account may provide you with the ability to create a Personal RoboForm account.

• This account is completely separate from your company RoboForm account.
• If your company account is deleted, this personal account stays active and switches to free mode.
• You can create up to 5 RoboForm Premium accounts for you and your family.

Note: Some restrictions may apply. Consult with your company admin if you do not see this feature available.

Create The Company Sponsored Family account

• Navigate to the Settings Page
• Click the License & Billing tab
• Enter the email you would like to use for your RoboForm Premium account
• Click Send Activation Email

Note: The email address must be a completely new RoboForm account. There cannot be an existing RoboForm account associated with the email used for the company sponsored account.

Click Send Activation Email to confirm

An activation email will be sent to the email address provided. Complete the account setup with the instructions provided in the email. If needed, the activation email can be resent.

Click the "Create My RoboForm Family Account" link.

Click the "Sign Up" button, and complete the account creation using the same email entered to send the activation email.

FAQ

• Sponsored accounts are fully independent—no policy enforcement, data access, or deletion rights by the company. They function as Premium accounts during active sponsorship.
• On subscription expiry: Sponsored accounts downgrade to a Free account with a 30-day full-featured trial, and can purchase a license to continue using the account.
• Admins will be able to see which users have a sponsored personal account.
