By default, the RoboForm Chrome extension prompts you to AutoFill forms by displaying the Roboform icon beside fields that are eligible for AutoFill.
To disable this feature through the RoboForm Extension:
1) Open your browser and click the RoboForm extension icon. Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner. Then, select "Settings" from the menu.
2) Select "AutoFill" from the column on the left.
Under the "AutoFill" section, check the “Offer to AutoFill (requires user confirmation)” option if you would like to be prompted to confirm before RoboForm autofills.
If you would like RoboForm to stop autofilling completely, check the "Do not offer to AutoFill" option.
To disable this feature through the Windows desktop application:
1) Click the [ ^ ] button (show hidden icons) in the lower right corner of the screen. Then, click the RoboForm icon. Then, select “Options” from the menu.
2) Select "AutoFill" from the column on the left. Then, check the “Do not Offer to Autofill” option.
Click “Save” to save your changes.
You do not need to restart your browser for this change to take effect.
To disable this feature through the Mac desktop application:
1) Click the RoboForm icon in the top right of your screen on the Menu bar. Then, click the 3 dots in the upper right corner. Then, select "Settings" from the menu.
2) Select "General" from the column on the left.
Under "AutoFill," click the dropdown menu and select the "Do not offer to AutoFill" option.
Click the blue "OK" button at the bottom right of the window to save your changes.
You do not need to restart your browser for this change to take effect.
