Buy More Licenses

To buy additional licenses for your existing company account, Log In to your RoboForm for Business company admin panel and click the "Buy More" button in the upper right corner of Licenses panel.

Purchasing an additional license from your company account will automatically tie it to the existing company account. The price for additional licenses is prorated so that it will match the term of the existing company license. 

Renew Licenses

Subscriptions for company owned licenses can be renewed at any time from the admin console. From the admin console, select the Company menu and select Settings.

Select the License & Billing tab and click Renew Now.

Select the number of licenses you would like to renew and for how many years.

Pricing

Prorated Pricing

Additional licenses purcahsed during an existing license term will be prorated. The price of these licenses will be based on the remaining duration of the company's existing licenses.

Multi-year discount

The multi-year discount is calculated by the subscription duration, the longer the subscription, the greater the discount. Please note, a one-year subscription does not qualify for a discount. The breakdown of the multi-year discount is shown below.

A multi-year discount is available for initial purchase and renewals only. It cannot be used for additional licenses purchased during the active subscription term.
